What Does the Waiting Response from Channel Message Indicate
After any update process in the HotelRunner admin panel, active updates sent to the channels are initially listed as “Waiting Response from Channel”. This status indicates that the update has been dispatched but is pending confirmation from the channel regarding successful processing. Once the channel sends a confirmation that the update has been successfully processed, this status is automatically updated to reflect the successful completion of the transaction. The system continuously monitors for confirmation and updates the field accordingly, ensuring you are informed about the status of your updates in real-time.

When the update is complete, the green checkmark ✅on the screen indicates a successful update. The red ✖ on the screen when the update is complete indicates an unsuccessful update. If you encounter an unsuccessful update, please contact the HotelRunner Support Team.
🔔 Note: Please note that in order to prevent update processes from taking longer, we recommend not sending a different update for the same date until your current update is completed.
