The General Info tab on the reservation screen is the area where general adjustments to reservations are made.
Changes made in this area update the general information of the reservation. However, if the reservation was received by the HotelRunner panel through an online travel agency, the updates made here will only be valid within the HotelRunner panel. This data will not be transmitted to the online travel agency, i.e., the channel side.
