The HotelRunner mobile application allows you to manage the updates of your property easily, quickly, and in bulk. , even when you are on the move.
This document explains how to reverse stop sell step-by-step using the mobile application.
1) Select the Calendars section in the HotelRunner mobile app.
2) Select the Rate and Availability Calendar
3) Select the Manage tab located on the top.
4) First, select the channels you want to update. Next, select the date range, days, rate plans and room types.
4) Then, you can click on the Availability option and Stop Sell, enter your availability information as 0 in the open field, select Yes for the stop sell section, and then click the Update option.
🔔 Note: Once your update is complete, the changes you made for the selected channels are added to the processing queue. This means that the HotelRunner system sends the data to all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). It may take some time for the updates to be fully reflected on the OTAs.
