The PMS (Property Management System) End-of-Day module is a critical process used to close out daily hotel operations. This module ensures that a hotel’s daily revenue, reservation status, room occupancy rate, billing, and cashier transactions are completed and recorded in the system. The end-of-day process is a fundamental step for updating accounting records, generating reports, and preparing for the next day.
This module helps hotel staff complete daily operations in an orderly, error-free, and timely manner, ensuring that the business’s financial and operational data remains consistent and up-to-date.
