CTA (Close to Arrival) and CTD (Close to Departure) are restrictions employed to manage availability by preventing bookings for specific arrival or departure dates.

To implement CTA and/or CTD on the HotelRunner panel, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the Calendar > Bulk Updates screen.
- From the left menu, select the CTA and/or CTD option as per your requirements.
- Define the start and end dates to establish the desired date range.
- Set the checkboxes for the relevant room types to Yes.
- Choose the applicable channels for the update in the Channels field (the Online option defines the HotelRunner central calendar and Booking Engine).
- Click the Update button.
- On the preview screen that appears, confirm the changes by clicking the Update button again.
- This process ensures that guests cannot make reservations for check-in on the specified dates. To adjust the restricted date range, simply modify the start and end dates as needed. To reverse these restrictions and permit bookings on the specified dates, follow the same steps and set the checkboxes to No.
🔔 Note: Be aware that CTA and CTD functionalities are not supported by all channel infrastructures. Below is a list of channels that do support these updates:
