As a HotelRunner user, you can easily manage your active and inactive memberships through the panel. This allows you to monitor membership durations, load balances, and view outstanding invoices.

You can view all your active and inactive subscriptions.
- Navigate to My Property > Account > Subscriptions.
- Click the Active button on the left side of the screen to check your expired, waiting for approval, inactive, and unsubscribed subscriptions.
- The Unpaid balance field shows the unpaid amount of the property’s invoice, helping you track the financial status of the property.
- You can upload balances to the Deposit funds field, and the uploaded balances can be used for the property’s invoice payments.
