How to create a quick reservation in the HotelRunner mobile app

Steps for Creating a Quick Reservation

1) Select the Reservations page. Then, select Add Reservation > Quick option.

2) Enter the Check-in Date, Check-out Date, Check-in Time, Check-out Time, Adult and Child information.

3) Select Room Type to specify which room type the reservation is for.

4) Select the Rate Plan and Meal Plan based on the selected room type.

5) For reservations requiring room assignment, select the guest’s room from the Room Identifier field.

6) Select the pricing method in the Reservation Amount field. You can pull the price from the calendar using the Automatic option. With the Manual option, you can enter a custom price outside the calendar as either a Per Night or Total.

7) Check the Per Night and Total fields to verify the average nightly distribution and total amount of the entered price.

8) If payment has been received, use the Add Payment option to enter the amount on the folio.

9) Add the main guest who will be staying in the room to the Main Contact field. Select an existing guest or create a new guest using the + button.

10) Select the Channel from which the reservation was made. Select an existing guest or create a new guest using the + button.

– If no channel is selected, Online is assigned by default.

11) If the reservation is to be confirmed, select the This reservation has been confirmed option. In this case, the reservation will be given a confirmed status and a confirmation email will be sent to the guest.

12) Complete the process by selecting Save Reservation.
