How to Create a Minimum Stay Deal

1. Access the Promotions Page

1. Navigate to My Property > Promotions in the HotelRunner panel.
2. Click the Deals section on the left.
3. Click the Add deal button to start creating a new deal.

2. Select Deal Type

1. Choose the Minimum stay option.

3. Discount and Basic Information

1. Select the discount to apply in the Discount rate field.
2. Enter the necessary details in the Name and Description fields and select the language in which it should appear in the HotelRunner panel.

4. Cancellation Policy, Photo, and Meal Plan

1. Choose a Cancellation policy for the deal.
   • Inherited option applies the cancellation policy associated with the rate plan chosen during the Room types selection.
2. Add an image for the deal in the Photo field.
3. Choose a Meal plan for the deal.
   • Inherited option applies the meal plan associated with the selected rate plan.

5. Sharing and Sellable Markets

1. Enable Share my content with 3rd parties to share the deal on channels with appropriate infrastructure (if available).
2. Select Sellable markets where the deal will be active.
   • If applicable to all markets, select all.
3. Choose valid Available payment methods for this deal.

6. Reservation and Stay Dates

1. Enter required dates in Stay starts at, Stay ends at, Book date starts, Book date ends, and Excluded dates fields.
2. Select the specific days included in the deal in the Day field.

7. Promotion and Customization Options

1. Activate Promote in Packages & Offers page if you want the deal prominently displayed in the Booking Engine.
2. Optionally, add Corporate Codes or Codes for additional customization.
3. Specify applicable rate types for this deal.
4. Select the room types in the Room types field.
   • Ensure Master Rate is not selected if it is not actively used as a rate plan.

8. Minimum Stay Requirement and Save

1. Indicate the minimum number of nights guests must book to benefit from the deal.
2. Click Save to complete the deal creation.
