How to Check the Status of Updates

Channel Manager

After making updates (rate, availability, minimum/maximum stay, stop sale, etc.) in the calendars within the HotelRunner panel, you can verify the status of your actions using two different methods.

Method 1: Checking via the Simple Updates Calendar (Quick View

This method allows you to visually track the update status directly on the calendar.

  • Open the Simple Updates Calendar interface.
  • Navigate to the date range you have updated.
  • If you see a notification on the calendar such as “Updating” or “Waiting for Response from Channel,” it indicates that the update is still in progress and being transmitted according to the channel’s infrastructure.
  • Once the update is successfully completed, these notifications will disappear, and the new values (e.g., the new price) will be displayed on the calendar.

🔔 Note: The complete transmission of updates to the channels is not instantaneous and may take a few minutes, depending on the volume of the update and the channel’s speed.

Method 2: Checking via the Channels > Logs Interface (Detailed Tracking)

This method is used to view the technical details of the update process and its progress on a per-channel basis.

  • Navigate to the interface by following the path Channels > Logs.
  • Under the “Active” tab, all your ongoing bulk update processes are listed.
  • Progress Status: Under the “Action” column, you can see the completion percentage of the transmission (e.g., 75%).
  • Channel Details: By clicking the icon in the process row, you can track in real-time which channels the update has been successfully sent to or where it is still pending.
  • Past Processes: You can use the “Archive” tab to view all completed or past updates.
