The HotelRunner mobile application allows you to manage the availability of your property easily, quickly, and in bulk. Maintain your operational efficiency by instantly updating your online channel availibility, even when you are on the move. This document explains how to update your availibility step-by-step using the mobile application.
1) Select the Calendars section in the HotelRunner mobile app.
2) Select the Rate and Availability Calendar

3) Select the Manage tab located on the top.
4) First, select the channels you want to update. Next, select the date range, days and room types.
5) Then, select the Availibility option and select Update.

🔔 Not: Once your update is complete, the changes you made for the selected channels are added to the processing queue. This means that the HotelRunner system sends the data to all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). It may take some time for the updates to be fully reflected on the OTAs.
