How to Add Geo Rate Deal

1. Access Promotions Screen

1. Navigate to My Property > Promotions in the HotelRunner panel.
2. Click the Deals section on the left.
3. Click the Add deal button to create a new deal.

2. Select Deal Type

1. Select the Geo rate option.

3. Discount and Basic Information

1. Choose the Discount rate to apply.
2. Enter the Name and Description, selecting the language in which it should appear in the HotelRunner panel.

4. Cancellation Policy, Photo, and Meal Plan

1. Choose a Cancellation policy for the deal.
   • Inherited option is based on the cancellation policy associated with the selected rate plan during the Room types selection stage.
2. Add an image for the deal in the Photo field.
3. Choose a Meal plan for the deal.
   • Inherited option is based on the meal plan associated with the selected rate plan during the Room types selection stage.

5. Sellable Markets

1. Choose Sellable markets to use the deal in special markets.
   • Since this deal is geo-targeted, selecting appropriate markets is crucial to effectively reach the intended audience.

6. Payment Methods and Dates

1. Select valid Available payment methods for this deal.
2. Enter required details for Stay starts at, Stay ends at, Book date starts, Book date ends, and Excluded dates.
3. Define the specific Days included in the deal.

7. Visibility and Codes

1. To promote the deal within the booking engine, activate Promote in Packages & Offers page.
2. Optionally, include Corporate Codes and Codes.
3. Specify the Applicable rate types for the deal.

8. Room Types and Save

1. Choose the Room types intended for this deal.
   • Ensure that if the Master Rate is not actively used as a rate plan, it remains unselected.
2. Click Save to create the deal.
