How to Add Free Night Deal

1. Access Promotions Page

1. In the HotelRunner panel, navigate to My Property > Promotions.
2. Click the Deals link on the left.
3. To create a new deal, click the Add deal button.

2. Select Deal Type

1. Click on Free night deal.

3. Discount and Basic Information

1. Select the discount rate in the Discount rate field.
2. Enter the Name and Description fields with the information you want the deal to appear as in the HotelRunner panel.

4. Cancellation Policy, Photo, and Meal Plan

1. Select a Cancellation policy for the deal.
   • The Inherited option uses the cancellation policy of the rate plan selected during the Room types selection stage.
2. Add an image for the deal in the Photo field.
3. Choose the Meal plan for the deal.
   • The Inherited option uses the meal plan of the rate plan selected during the Room types selection stage.

5. Sellable Markets and Payment Methods

1. Choose the Sellable markets where the deal will be valid.
   • If valid for all markets, select all.
2. Select the Available payment methods for this deal.

6. Booking and Stay Dates

1. Fill in Stay starts at, Stay ends at, Book date starts, Book date ends, and Excluded dates fields.
2. Define the days included in the deal.

7. Deal Visibility and Codes

1. To display the deal prominently in the booking engine, activate Promote in Packages & Offers.
2. Optionally, add Corporate Codes and Codes.
3. Specify the Applicable rate types for the deal.

8. Room Types, Minimum Stay, and Free Night

1. Choose the Room types the deal will apply to.
   • If Master Rate is not active, associated rate plans should remain unselected.
2. Specify the minimum number of nights guests must stay to be eligible for a complimentary night.
3. Indicate the night to be offered as complimentary.
4. Click the Save button to create the deal.
