Calendars in the mobile app

The mobile app offers three main calendar views to facilitate operational planning. The Reservation Calendar displays the daily reservation list, allowing you to track guests checking in, checking out, and continuing their stay for that day. The Price and Availability Calendar enables managers to instantly check and quickly update prices and room availability directly from the calendar view. Finally, the Room Calendar is a critical operational planning tool where room statuses are managed, upcoming check-ins and check-outs are monitored, and new reservations can be added directly through this calendar. These three calendars meet the different management needs of businesses on a single platform.

Reservation Calendar: Check the daily reservation list to see all check ins, check outs and stay-overs.

Rate & Availibility Calendar: Check and update your rates and availibility in the calendar view.

Room Calendar: Manage room conditions, see upcoming arrivals and departures, or add a new reservation.
