This document explains the basic steps users must follow to activate the reservation system on the platform. The main purpose of the guide is to describe the process of adding a new reservation module to the system in the shortest way possible by showing the relevant menu paths (Channels > Booking Engine).
The Direct Booking Engine, also known as the Booking Engine, is a system that enables hotels and accommodation businesses to receive direct reservations from guests through their own websites. By integrating this module into the hotel’s website, guests can easily make reservations without the need for any intermediary platforms.
How to add booking engine
1) Select the Channels > Booking Engine page.
2) Select the Buttons option from the menu on the left.
3) You can add button using the Add Booking Button option.
There are 3 different booking button;
- Standart Button: Used to add a Book Now button to your website. The Standard Button is a simple button used to provide quick access to the Booking Engine from the website. Users are directed to the main page of the Booking Engine without the need for a search box or other special tools. Additionally, the button’s position can be customized with options to place it in different areas of the webpage (e.g., top left or top right corner).
- Search Widget: Used to add an Availability Search button to your website. The Search Widget allows users to make more specific booking searches by selecting information such as dates, room number, and number of people. After making their selections, users are directed to the Booking Engine.
- Custom Button: Please contact our support team for assistance with the custom button. You can customize your button. The Custom Button allows for complete customization of the booking button’s design to make it compatible with the website’s style. This feature enables users to adjust the design of the booking button to match their website’s aesthetics. This flexibility allows users to personalize the button based on their specific needs and preferences.
