How to create a reservation by searching in the HotelRunner mobile app

Steps to Make a Reservation by Searching

1) Select the Reservations page. Then, select Add Reservation > By Searching .

2) Enter the Check-in and Check-out dates, the number of rooms (maximum 10) from the Rooms section, and the Adult and Child information. If applicable, select the Market and continue with Show Rooms.

3) Select the room type and rate plan from the displayed screen. You can select more than one room at this stage. Then proceed by clicking Continue.

4) Add the main contact who will be staying in the Main Contact field. Select an existing guest using the option or add a new guest using the Add option.

5) Select the Channel from which the reservation was received. Select an existing guest using the option or add a new guest using the Add option.

6) If necessary, you can add a reservation number obtained from a different channel or external source to the relevant reservation using the Provider Number option.

7) Select your Accommodation Type:

– Huse (Accommodation for employees)
– Standard (Paid accommodation)
– Comp (Free accommodation)

8) Select Permanent or Temporary from the Availability Status field.

9) From the Reservation Source field, select the information indicating the source from which this reservation was made.

10) If you wish, you can add a note to this reservation in the Notes field.
To send this note to the guest, you can use the Send email to guest option.

11) If you want to assign a room, you can select a room from the Room Number field.

12) To confirm this reservation, check the This reservation has been confirmed option.

13) After checking information such as price and room type, complete the process by clicking Reserve Room.
