How to filter reservations

The HotelRunner platform offers a robust reservations management system designed to streamline the process of handling reservations. With the powerful filtering options available on the Reservations page, you can swiftly locate and analyze specific reservations based on a variety of criteria. Whether you need to track reservations from a particular channel, monitor reservations within a specific date range, or review the status of multiple reservations, these filters facilitate precise and effective management.

Access the Reservations Page
- Click on the Reservations page in the top menu.
Open the Filter Menu
- Click on the Filter button on the right side of the screen.
Select Filtering Criteria
- In the menu that opens, you can filter by the following criteria:
- Reservation number
- Guest name
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Booked date
- Channel name
- Status
- Example: To filter all check-ins between certain dates, you can select the required dates in the Start date and End date fields under the Check-in date heading.

Apply the Filter
- After selecting the information to be filtered, click the Apply button.
- Your filtering results will be reflected on the screen.
🔔 Note: You can transfer the information you have filtered to your e-mail in Excel format by clicking the Export to Excel button at the top right.
