How to Apply Stop Sell Separately for Channels and Online

The Stop Sell process within the HotelRunner panel is designed to ensure data accuracy by setting availability to “0,” thereby preventing incorrect reservations from being transmitted to connected channels.
To maintain precise availability on the Online Calendar (main calendar) while selectively managing availability for integrated travel agencies, you can perform targeted stop sell actions.

Please follow the steps below to execute the Stop Sell process separately for connected travel agencies and the Online Calendar through the HotelRunner panel:
- First navigate to Calendar > Bulk Updates.
- In the opened screen, check the Availability and Stop sell boxes on the left side.
- Select the date range to be updated by choosing the Start dates and End dates.
- Set the availability to “0” in the designated field.
- Choose Yes for the Stop Sell option adjacent to the rooms you intend to suspend sales for.
- In the Channels section, select all channels except for Online, and proceed by clicking the Update button.
