The Property Profile Content Score is a key indicator that assesses the completeness and accuracy of your property’s data within the HotelRunner Channel Manager. It reflects the progress and quality of the information entered into your property profile. Maintaining a high content score ensures that the details in your property profile are comprehensive, accurate, and current.
❗ Important Note: Services such as HotelRunner Website, Booking Engine, and Google Hotel Ads pull information directly from HotelRunner. We strongly recommend achieving a content score of 100% to ensure that your guests receive all necessary information about your property.

Updating Property Content ScoreTo update your Property Content Score, navigate to My Property > Settings > Property. The areas requiring completion will be listed under the content score section. By clicking on these areas, the system will automatically guide you to the fields that need updating.
