Cut-Off Time (also known as Release Period)<\/strong> refers to the minimum number of days between the reservation date and the check-in date. This feature allows restrictions to be applied to selected rate plan categories for a defined number of days prior to guest arrival.<\/p>\n

With this setting, selected rate plans are automatically closed for bookings made within the defined number of days prior to the check-in date, while room availability itself remains unaffected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How to Set Cut-Off Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Follow these steps to configure Cut-Off Time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Calendar > Bulk Updates<\/strong> and select the Cut-Off Time<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the applicable date range.
    (Note: The update can be applied for a maximum of 45 days.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose the Cut-Off Time value to be applied to the selected rate plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Since this update only affects the Booking Engine, make sure to select Online<\/strong> under the Channels section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Update<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Review the preview screen and click Update<\/strong> again to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
