Steps for PMS Auto Night Audit Operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Activate the Feature<\/strong>\n

    • To provide PMS Auto Night Audit operation, activate the process through the PMS > Setup > Settings<\/strong> extension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Set the Time<\/strong>\n

        • Specify the closing time based on your operational structure, selecting a time that suits your business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Manage Check-in and Check-out Actions<\/strong>\n

            • You can define the actions to be taken for pending reservations through the Day Close Waiting Check-in Operations<\/strong> and Day Close Waiting Check-out Operations<\/strong> fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Day Close Waiting Check-in Operations:<\/strong>\n

              • Stop day close:<\/strong> If there’s a reservation that has not been checked in, the entire automatic day close operation will be canceled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • No show:<\/strong> The system will mark the room or rooms that have not been checked in as “No show” and continue with the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Day Close Waiting Check-out Operations:<\/strong>\n

                • Stop day close:<\/strong> If there’s a reservation that has not been checked out, the entire automatic day close process will be canceled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Extend stay:<\/strong> The system will adjust the checkout date of the room or rooms that have not been checked out to the next day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    • In the Day Close Waiting Cashiering Operations<\/strong> field, you can dictate how to handle unclosed cash accounts of HotelRunner users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Stop day close:<\/strong> The system will halt the automatic day closing process if a cash register has not been closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Auto-close transactions:<\/strong> The system will automatically close the cash accounts of users and finalize the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Manage Room Move Operations<\/strong>\n

                        • In the Day Close Waiting Room Move Operations<\/strong> field, you can control how to handle rooms waiting for room changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Stop day close:<\/strong> The system will halt the process if a planned room change has not been executed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Auto-cancel transactions:<\/strong> The system will automatically cancel the planned room changes and complete the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
