How to Update Your Property Phone Number?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow these steps to manage your property’s contact phone numbers, add new ones, and designate the primary number:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access the Contact Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • First, access the Contact<\/strong> menu by navigating to My Property > Settings > Contact<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Add a New Phone Number<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Next, utilize the Add phone<\/strong> button located on the top right side of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • After selecting the phone type in the Type<\/strong> field and selecting the country, enter the phone number in the Property phone number<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Verification Process (For Mobile Numbers)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Phone numbers added with the Mobile<\/strong> type must undergo verification<\/strong> through an automatic SMS<\/strong> sent to the number in order to be actively used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Designate the Primary Phone Number<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • The primary phone number<\/strong> in this field is listed as the contact phone number on your property’s website (if provided by HotelRunner) and in the Booking Engine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You can designate the primary phone number by using the Set as primary phone<\/strong> button among the added phone numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
