In HotelRunner PMS, any folio containing a revenue or payment transaction that has not yet been invoiced is displayed in the <\/span>Open Folios<\/b> section. This allows you to easily monitor uninvoiced folios and take the necessary actions accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

1. Access the Open Folios Screen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • To access open folios, you can navigate to PMS > Cashier > Open Folios<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    2. Utilize Smart Table Features (Customization and Saving)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • The Open Folios screen operates with the Smart Table<\/strong> page structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • With the Column Chooser<\/strong> option, you can add or remove headings<\/strong> you wish to display and apply filters to create a customized table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You can also save the table you create using the Save table settings<\/strong> option for future use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Export the Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • You can export the table to an Excel file<\/strong> with the Export to Excel<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You can view the folio table as a PDF file<\/strong> with the PDF<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
