Option<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Right-click<\/strong> on the <strong>transaction item<\/strong> you would like to send to a different room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, click on the <strong>Transfer to room<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Specify the Target Room<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <strong>Target Room<\/strong> section, enter the <strong>room number<\/strong> or the <strong>name of the staying guest<\/strong> to which you would like to move the transaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> This field will display reservations with a <strong>Checked-In<\/strong> status <strong>only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Add Notes and Save<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have any specific notes to add, you can include them in the <strong>Transfer Note<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button to complete the action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After completing these steps, the transaction item will be removed from the original folio and <strong>transferred to the designated room<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Follow these steps to transfer a transaction item (such as a charge or payment) from one guest&#8217;s folio to another guest&#8217;s folio or room: Access the Guest Folio Select the &#8220;Transfer to room&#8221;
