To delete a room type in the HotelRunner panel, ensure that it is not currently mapped to any integrated channel. If the room type is mapped to a channel, you must first delete it from the channel’s extranet. Afterward, remove the mapping for that room type in the HotelRunner panel.<\/p>\n

Once these conditions are met (the room type is deleted from the extranet of each connected channel and the mapping is removed in the HotelRunner panel), you can proceed with the following steps to delete the room type from the HotelRunner panel:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

Follow these steps to remove a room type from the HotelRunner panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access the Room Type Details Screen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Access the room type to be deleted through the My Property > Settings > Room types<\/strong> screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Initiate the Deletion Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Click the Delete<\/strong> button on the right side of the screen to complete the room deletion process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      <\/div>\n\n\n\n

      If the Delete Button is Inactive (Integration Check)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • If the Delete button appears inactive<\/strong>, it suggests that the room type is currently mapped with at least one integrated channel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In this scenario, follow these steps:\n
          \n
        • Identify the channels with which the room type is mapped in the Channels<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proceed to delete them via the respective channel management panels<\/strong> (the OTA’s own platform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once this action is completed, the mappings will be disrupted in the HotelRunner panel, subsequently enabling activation of the Delete button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
