Follow these steps to create a new user account<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"857\" src=\"http:\/\/support.hotelrunner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-84.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-598\" srcset=\"http:\/\/support.hotelrunner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-84.png 1600w, http:\/\/support.hotelrunner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-84-300x161.png 300w, http:\/\/support.hotelrunner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-84-1024x548.png 1024w, http:\/\/support.hotelrunner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-84-768x411.png 768w, http:\/\/support.hotelrunner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-84-1536x823.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access the Users Screen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the <strong>My Property &gt; Account<\/strong> page in the top menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Users<\/strong> section (usually in the left menu).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Initiate New User Creation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon opening the screen, you will encounter a list of all registered users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To include a new user, simply click on the <strong>Add user<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Enter Required User Information and Permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the user&#8217;s <strong>first and last name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the user&#8217;s <strong>email address<\/strong> in the E-mail field. <strong>(Note: This email must not have been used previously in the HotelRunner panel.)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Access Type<\/strong> field, assign permissions based on the <strong>Roles<\/strong> you have set up in the section below Users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are using HotelRunner PMS, the permissions you assign in the <strong>Department<\/strong> field will be active in the PMS module.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Save and Await Confirmation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you have completed filling in the relevant fields, proceed by clicking the <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Important Note:<\/strong> Upon creation, the newly added user must be <strong>approved by the Account Owner<\/strong> to gain active access to the panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n    <div class=\"alert-section tip\">\n        <div class=\"alert-section-inner\">\n                        <p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \ud83d\udd14<strong> Note:<\/strong> Please be advised that upon creation, a newly added user will be listed as <\/span><b>Unverified<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> within the HotelRunner panel.
