Advanced Updates<\/b> is a comprehensive calendar offering detailed update capabilities for selected days. With this calendar, you can make specific updates to the room type, rate type, and accommodation options for each day.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

Access the Calendar and Customize the View<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • In the HotelRunner panel, click on Calendar > Advanced Updates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • On the \u201cCustomize calendar\u201d<\/strong> popup, specify the date range, ensuring it does not exceed 45 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If there are specific days you want to update within this range, select them from the \u201cDays\u201d<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Select Channels and Room Types<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • In the \u201cRooms\u201d<\/strong> field, select the channels to which the update will be applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The \u201cAny channel\u201d<\/strong> option applies the update to all channels<\/strong> mapped to the selected room type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select which room types<\/strong> you want to update and click the \u201cContinue\u201d<\/strong> button to proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Rate Entry and Smart Calculator Usage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • You can view the current prices and enter prices for each day separately<\/strong>. Alternatively, you can use the [\u2192] and [\u2190] buttons to reflect the price you entered across multiple dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        \ud83d\udd14 Tip:<\/strong> The \u201cSmart Calculator\u201d<\/strong> field performs calculations based on any predefined base price weight setup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Occupancy Rates and Restriction Updates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • You can view the daily reservation counts by using the [i] icon, and enter availability for each day individually<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Again, you can use the [\u2192] and [\u2190] buttons to reflect the availability you entered across multiple dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Occupancy Rates and Restriction Updates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          • To make occupancy-based adjustments for adult and child rates<\/strong>, regardless of the primary setup, select the \u201cShow all rates\u201d<\/strong> option in the upper right corner of the page and enter data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • In this calendar, you can also make updates for \u201cMinimum stay\u201d<\/strong>, \u201cMaximum stay\u201d<\/strong>, \u201cCTA\u201d<\/strong> (Close to Arrival), \u201cCTD\u201d<\/strong> (Close to Departure), and \u201cStop sell\u201d<\/strong> restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
