  • If the reservation has <\/span>not yet been checked in<\/b> and only the assigned room will be moved \u2192 <\/span>Room Assignment<\/b> is performed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • If the reservation has <\/span>already been checked in<\/b> and the guest is physically moved to another room \u2192 <\/span>Room Move<\/b> is applied.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

    Important Information:<\/b><\/h3>\n

    A room move can only be performed <\/span>after check-in<\/b>. This process is used, for example, when a guest needs to be relocated to a different room during their stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

    1. Open the Reservation and Click the Room Identifier Icon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Open the relevant Reservation screen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In the General Information > Room Identifier<\/strong> section, click the room icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      2. Select the Target Room<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • On the screen that opens, select the target room<\/strong> in the Room Number<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To find the new room<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • Use filters<\/strong> in the left panel (room type, cleanliness status, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Select the target room<\/strong> from the right panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          3. Set the Planned Date<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Enter the date in the Planned Date<\/strong> field:\n
              \n
            • If the room move is immediate<\/strong>, enter the current PMS date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If it is for a future date<\/strong>, schedule the move by entering the future date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              4. Add a Note and Complete the Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              • Optionally, add a Note<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Click Save<\/strong> to complete the room move or scheduling process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

                • \ud83d\udd04 If a different room type is selected, availability is automatically updated in systems integrated with the <\/span>Channel Manager<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • \ud83d\udd53 Future-dated room moves remain in <\/span>Pending<\/b> status and can be monitored via:<\/span>
                  \n<\/span> \u2192 PMS > Front Office > Room move<\/span><\/li>\n
