The fastest way to create a reservation in HotelRunner PMS is the Quick Reservation method, performed via the PMS > Front Office > Room Calendar<\/strong> screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the Room Calendar Screen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • Open the PMS > Front Office > Room Calendar<\/strong> screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The vertical axis displays all room numbers, while the horizontal axis shows the dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Click on the Vacant Cell<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Click on the cell<\/strong> where a vacant room intersects with the desired reservation dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Select Quick Reservation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  • Enter a manual rate<\/strong> or click the eye icon to copy the calendar rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
