Update Process and Temporary Display Delays<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After updating rates, availability, minimum\/maximum stay, CTA\/CTD, or stop-sell:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The primary check should be done via the <strong>Simple Updates Calendar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates may not be transmitted to channels <strong>instantly<\/strong>; this process can take a few minutes depending on the channel&#8217;s technical infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During this period, the system may display warnings such as <strong>\u201cUpdating\u201d<\/strong> or <strong>\u201cWaiting for Channel Response\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the transmission is complete, the updated data will appear in the Simple Updates Calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Update Not Completed or Not Sent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If updates are still not visible or have not been sent, the following checks should be performed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a. No Data in Calendar<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This indicates that <strong>rate or availability data has not been entered<\/strong> for the selected date range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Action:<\/strong> Enter the required data via <strong>Calendar > Bulk Updates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b. Red Cross (\u274c)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This indicates that the update <strong>failed to transmit<\/strong> to the channel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Action:<\/strong> Contact the <strong>HotelRunner Support Team<\/strong> for technical investigation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c. Red Stripe (\ud83d\udfe5)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This indicates <strong>0 availability<\/strong> for the selected date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Action:<\/strong> Verify existing reservations via <strong>Calendar > Advanced Updates<\/strong> and <strong>increase availability<\/strong> if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
