The Free Night Deal<\/strong> is an attractive offer that provides guests with an additional complimentary night when they book a specified number of overnight stays. This promotion is designed to enhance guest satisfaction, encourage longer stays, and optimize occupancy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

1. Access Promotions Page<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. In the HotelRunner panel, navigate to My Property > Promotions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Deals<\/strong> link on the left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To create a new deal, click the Add deal<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    2. Select Deal Type<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Click on Free night deal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      3. Discount and Basic Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Select the discount rate in the Discount rate<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enter the Name<\/strong> and Description<\/strong> fields with the information you want the deal to appear as in the HotelRunner panel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        4. Cancellation Policy, Photo, and Meal Plan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Select a Cancellation policy<\/strong> for the deal.\n
            \n
          • The Inherited<\/strong> option uses the cancellation policy of the rate plan selected during the Room types selection stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Add an image for the deal in the Photo<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Choose the Meal plan<\/strong> for the deal.\n

            • The Inherited<\/strong> option uses the meal plan of the rate plan selected during the Room types selection stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              5. Sellable Markets and Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              1. Choose the Sellable markets<\/strong> where the deal will be valid.\n
                  \n
                • If valid for all markets, select all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Select the Available payment methods<\/strong> for this deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n\n\n\n

                  6. Booking and Stay Dates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Fill in Stay starts at<\/strong>, Stay ends at<\/strong>, Book date starts<\/strong>, Book date ends<\/strong>, and Excluded dates<\/strong> fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Define the days<\/strong> included in the deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n\n\n\n

                    7. Deal Visibility and Codes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    1. To display the deal prominently in the booking engine, activate Promote in Packages & Offers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Optionally, add Corporate Codes<\/strong> and Codes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. Specify the Applicable rate types<\/strong> for the deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                      \n\n\n\n

                      8. Room Types, Minimum Stay, and Free Night<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      1. Choose the Room types<\/strong> the deal will apply to.\n
                          \n
                        • If Master Rate<\/strong> is not active, associated rate plans should remain unselected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Specify the minimum number of nights<\/strong> guests must stay to be eligible for a complimentary night.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Indicate the night<\/strong> to be offered as complimentary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Click the Save<\/strong> button to create the deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
