Open the Folios Tab<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>Folios tab<\/strong> within the reservation details screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Select the Folio for Posting<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Choose the folio<\/strong> you want to add the posting to, then click <strong>Add Posting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Select Sales Department<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the dropdown menu, select the <strong>Sales Department<\/strong> associated with the revenue item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Choose the Revenue Account<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <strong>Account<\/strong> field, select the specific <strong>revenue account<\/strong> for the posting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Enter Amount and Currency<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the revenue amount in the <strong>Amount<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>currency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If using a different currency, enter the <strong>exchange rate<\/strong> to the base currency in the <strong>Rate<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave the default rate if no change is needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Reference Number and Notes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter any relevant <strong>reference number<\/strong> (e.g., check number, bill number) in the <strong>Ref#<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add additional details or <strong>notes<\/strong> about the revenue in the <strong>Notes<\/strong> field, if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
