1. Access the Promotions Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to My Property > Promotions<\/strong> in the HotelRunner panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Deals<\/strong> section on the left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Add deal<\/strong> button to create a new deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Select Deal Type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select the Mobile rate<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      3. Discount and Basic Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the discount rate you want to apply in the Discount rate<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enter the necessary information in the Name<\/strong> and Description<\/strong> fields for the languages in which it should appear in the HotelRunner panel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        4. Cancellation Policy, Photo, and Meal Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Choose a Cancellation policy<\/strong> for the deal.\n
            \n
          • The Inherited<\/strong> option applies the cancellation policy associated with the selected rate plan during the Room types selection stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Add an image for the deal in the Photo<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Choose a Meal plan<\/strong> for the deal.\n

            • The Inherited<\/strong> option applies the meal plan associated with the selected rate plan during the Room types selection stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              5. Sellable Markets and Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              1. Select Sellable markets<\/strong> for the deal.\n
                  \n
                • If the deal applies to all markets, select all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Select the valid Available payment methods<\/strong> for this deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n\n\n\n

                  6. Booking and Stay Dates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Enter the required details in the fields for Stay starts at<\/strong>, Stay ends at<\/strong>, Book date starts<\/strong>, Book date ends<\/strong>, and Excluded dates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Define the specific Days<\/strong> included in the deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    7. Promotion Visibility and Codes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    1. If you want to promote this deal in the booking engine, activate the Promote in Packages & Offers page<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Optionally, include Corporate Codes<\/strong> or Codes<\/strong> for additional customization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. Specify the Applicable rate types<\/strong> for this deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      8. Room Types and Save<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Choose the Room types<\/strong> applicable for this deal.\n
                          \n
