Access the Promotions Page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Navigate to My Property > Promotions<\/strong> in the HotelRunner panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Deals<\/strong> section on the left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Add deal<\/strong> button to start creating a new deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Select Deal Type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choose the Minimum stay<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Discount and Basic Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select the discount to apply in the Discount rate<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enter the necessary details in the Name<\/strong> and Description<\/strong> fields and select the language in which it should appear in the HotelRunner panel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Cancellation Policy, Photo, and Meal Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Choose a Cancellation policy<\/strong> for the deal.\n
            \n
          • Inherited<\/strong> option applies the cancellation policy associated with the rate plan chosen during the Room types selection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Add an image for the deal in the Photo<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Choose a Meal plan<\/strong> for the deal.\n

            • Inherited<\/strong> option applies the meal plan associated with the selected rate plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Sharing and Sellable Markets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              1. Enable Share my content with 3rd parties<\/strong> to share the deal on channels with appropriate infrastructure (if available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Select Sellable markets<\/strong> where the deal will be active.\n
                  \n
                • If applicable to all markets, select all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Choose valid Available payment methods<\/strong> for this deal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Reservation and Stay Dates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  1. Enter required dates in Stay starts at<\/strong>, Stay ends at<\/strong>, Book date starts<\/strong>, Book date ends<\/strong>, and Excluded dates<\/strong> fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Select the specific days included in the deal in the Day<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    Promotion and Customization Options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    1. Activate Promote in Packages & Offers page<\/strong> if you want the deal prominently displayed in the Booking Engine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    2. Optionally, add Corporate Codes<\/strong> or Codes<\/strong> for additional customization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    3. Specify applicable rate types<\/strong> for this deal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    4. Select the room types in the Room types<\/strong> field.\n

                      • Ensure Master Rate<\/strong> is not selected if it is not actively used as a rate plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
