If the process does not occur, it may be due to various technical or operational reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is the PMS Automatic Day Closure Enabled?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, ensure that the <strong>PMS &gt; Setup &gt; Settings &gt; Automatic Day Closure<\/strong> option is enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If this feature is disabled, the automatic end-of-day process will not run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Status of Check-in and Check-out Transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During the automatic process, if there are reservations for the PMS date that have not yet <strong>checked in<\/strong>, and the <strong>\u201cStop Day Closure for Pending Check-in\u201d<\/strong> option is active, the system cancels the automatic day closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The same applies to <strong>check-out transactions<\/strong>, which are controlled via the <strong>\u201cStop Day Closure for Pending Check-out\u201d<\/strong> setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Therefore, all check-in and check-out operations must be completed before the automatic process can proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Status of Cashier Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there are open <strong>cashier accounts<\/strong> on the PMS date and the <strong>\u201cStop Day Closure for Front Office\u201d<\/strong> option is selected, the system will halt the automatic day closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In this case, the cashier accounts must be closed manually or automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Room Transfer Transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there are planned <strong>room transfers<\/strong> for the date that have not yet been executed, and the <strong>\u201cStop Day Closure for Pending Room Transfers\u201d<\/strong> option is active, the automatic day closure will stop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These transfers must either be completed or canceled to allow the process to continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete all pending check-in, check-out, and cashier transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and adjust automatic closure settings if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If needed, use options such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assign No-Show<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extend Stay<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automatic Closure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is the PMS Automatic Day Closure Enabled?
