The Daily Rates<\/b> tab allows you to view a detailed day-by-day breakdown of a reservation’s accommodation price and to make numerical adjustments to these amounts.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n


Access:<\/strong> To access this section, click on the Daily Rates<\/strong> tab within the relevant reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editing Daily Rates<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Important Rule:<\/strong> Price modifications can only be applied to the current PMS date and subsequent dates<\/strong>. Rates for past dates cannot be changed from this tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Methods for Changing Prices:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Adding a Discount:<\/strong> You can reduce the price by entering a discount amount in the Discount<\/strong> column for the relevant day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Entering a Net Amount:<\/strong> You can update the accommodation fee for a specific day by directly editing the amount in the Room Rate<\/strong> column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Saving Changes:<\/strong> After making any adjustments, you must save them when prompted by the system. Otherwise, the changes will not be applied.

      Other Information Displayed<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      • Tax Excluded:<\/strong> This column is for informational purposes and reflects the tax settings configured during the property’s setup phase; it cannot be modified here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Overall Totals:<\/strong> At the bottom of the screen, you can view the total price and total discount amounts for the entire stay.

        Customizing and Exporting the Table<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Managing Columns:<\/strong> Using the Column Chooser<\/strong> button, you can add or remove data columns (e.g., Board Type, Market, etc.) from the table. You can save your custom layout with the Save table settings<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Exporting:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Create Excel:<\/strong> Exports the data in the table as an Excel file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • PDF:<\/strong> Exports the data in the table as a PDF file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Price changes made in this tab for past dates<\/strong> will not<\/strong> be reflected in the folio. If you need to change the accommodation price for a past date and update the folio, you must perform this action directly from the Folio<\/strong> tab<\/p>\n
