Access:<\/strong> Access the Overview Calendar from the HotelRunner panel by navigating to Calendar > Overview<\/strong>.

Understanding and Using the Interface<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Navigating and Filtering the Calendar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Month Selection:<\/strong> Select the month you would like to view from the top-left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Filtering by Room Type:<\/strong> In the top-right corner, you can select to view all rooms or filter for a specific room type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Understanding the Indicators<\/strong> For each day on the calendar, you can see the following indicators:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • “A” icon:<\/strong> Shows your current number of available rooms for that day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • [Individual Reservation Icon]:<\/strong> Shows the number of individual reservations received for that day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • [Group Reservation Icon]:<\/strong> Shows the number of group reservations received for that day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Occupancy Color Codes<\/strong> The system uses color-coding to provide an instant overview of your occupancy status based on received reservations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Green:<\/strong> All rooms made available for sale are vacant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Blue:<\/strong> More than half of your rooms made available for sale are vacant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Orange:<\/strong> More than half of your rooms made available for sale are reserved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Red:<\/strong> No rooms are available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Viewing Daily Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • You can click on any date on the calendar to access detailed information about reservations and availability for that specific day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In the window that opens, click the “i”<\/strong> icon next to a reservation for more details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You can access a specific reservation’s main page by clicking on the reservation’s name and number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
