You can use the Simple Updates<\/b> calendar in the HotelRunner panel for two main purposes: to make quick updates like price and availability for a selected rate type, and to check the status of updates you have already made.

Steps to Make Updates Using the Calendar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the HotelRunner panel, navigate to Calendar > Simple Updates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the room type<\/strong>, rate type<\/strong>, and channels<\/strong> you wish to update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. From the left menu, set the start and end dates<\/strong> for the update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the central area, enter the new data into the price<\/strong> and availability<\/strong> boxes for each day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If you want to enter values for specific days only, select the desired days of the week<\/strong> below (Mon, Tue, Wed, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the Apply<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Review the information on the preview<\/strong> interface that appears and complete the process by clicking the Update<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
