The HotelRunner platform offers a robust reservations management system designed to streamline the process of handling reservations. With the powerful filtering options available on the <\/span>Reservations<\/b> page, you can swiftly locate and analyze specific reservations based on a variety of criteria. Access the Reservations Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Click on the Reservations<\/strong> page in the top menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Open the Filter Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Click on the Filter<\/strong> button on the right side of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Select Filtering Criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • In the menu that opens, you can filter by the following criteria:\n

        • Reservation number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Guest name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Check-in date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Check-out date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Booked date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Channel name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Status<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Example:<\/strong> To filter all check-ins between certain dates, you can select the required dates in the Start date<\/strong> and End date<\/strong> fields under the Check-in date<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
