Once you login, click on the <strong>Check-out Time<\/strong> field in the <strong>General Info<\/strong> tab. Select the <strong>Check-out Time<\/strong> as a later time of the day and click the <strong>Save <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>After this operation the system allows saving the <strong>Check-out Date<\/strong> as the same day as the PMS entry date. Update the <strong>Check-in Date<\/strong> and <strong>Check-out Date<\/strong> to the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this, when you access the room while the <strong>Folios<\/strong> screen is open, the overnight stay will be presented as<strong> day_posting<\/strong> without the need to wait for end-of-day transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the guest checks out, reset the account by adding the payment method provided to check out the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, click the <strong>Check-out<\/strong> button to complete the room check-out&nbsp; process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Open the reservation screen through PMS &gt; Front Office &gt; Arrivals.
