Steps to Create an Extra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Accessing the Extra Page<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Open the My Property > Settings > Extras > Extra<\/strong> screen and click the Add Extra<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      <\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Defining Basic Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Category:<\/strong> Select the appropriate category to which the extra belongs. Optionally, you can create a new category directly from this screen by selecting the Add Category<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Name and Description:<\/strong> Add a suitable name and description for the extra. Repeat this step in other languages supported by your panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Unit Values:<\/strong> Optionally, define unit values for each language to be displayed in the Booking Engine (e.g., Hour, Person, Session).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Code:<\/strong> Assign an optional code for the extra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Accounting and Reporting (For PMS Users)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • If you are using HotelRunner PMS, select the appropriate options in the Department<\/strong> and Account<\/strong> fields for accurate revenue control and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Pricing and Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Room Type:<\/strong> Choose the room type(s) where the extra will be available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Unit Price:<\/strong> Set an appropriate unit price for the extra. The currency is automatically aligned with the sales currency defined in your panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Posting Method:<\/strong> Select the appropriate posting method based on how the extra will be charged (e.g., Per Stay, Per Night, Per Person).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Visibility and Saving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Online Sellable:<\/strong> To make the extra visible in the Booking Engine, check this option. If not selected, the extra will only be available within HotelRunner PMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Click the Save<\/strong> button to complete the creation of the extra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
