The <\/span>Main Contact<\/b> field on the reservation screen is used to select the primary contact associated with the reservation. This can be the guest, a company, or an agency profile, ensuring that all relevant communication and details are directed to the appropriate party.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n\n

Remove the Current Main Contact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Click the(X) icon<\/strong> next to the Main Contact profile to remove the currently registered profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Open the New Profile Selection Screen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Use the Search button<\/strong> (or magnifying glass icon) to open the screen for selecting the new profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Select or Create the New Profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • If it is a previously created profile:<\/strong> Search for it in the Name field<\/strong> and select it by clicking the Choose<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • If you want to make a new profile the Main Contact:<\/strong> Click the Add button<\/strong> to create a new profile, then save it<\/strong> with the Save button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Assign the New Contact and Save the Reservation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          • Choose the newly created or selected Main Contact profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
