The Stop Sell process allows you to halt reservations for specified room types, enabling effective management of your property’s occupancy rate and room supply on selected dates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within the HotelRunner dashboard, you can implement the stop sale process for particular date ranges, room types, and online travel agencies (OTAs).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

Access the Bulk Updates Screen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • First, navigate to Calendar > Bulk Updates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Select Availability and Stop Sell Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • In the opened screen, check the Availability<\/strong> and Stop sell<\/strong> boxes on the left side of the update panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Define the Date Range<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Select the date range to be updated by choosing the Start dates<\/strong> and End dates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Apply Restrictions to Room Types<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • For the rooms you intend to suspend sales for:\n
            \n
          • Set the availability to “0”<\/strong> in the designated field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Choose “Yes”<\/strong> for the Stop Sell<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Pro Tip:<\/strong> To quickly apply this restriction to all room types, use the bulk copy functionality then  after entering the data for one room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Specify Channels and Update<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            • Specify the applicable channels<\/strong> for this action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Finally, click the Update<\/strong> button to initiate the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
