The details entered in this menu delineate the available payment options for guests and outline the supported payment methods at your property.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n\n    <div class=\"alert-section success\">\n        <div class=\"alert-section-inner\">\n                        <p><h4><b>\ud83d\udd14\u00a0 Important Notes Before You Start<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Default Setting:<\/b> The <b>Cash &#8211; Pay at the property<\/b> option is preconfigured in the HotelRunner panel settings. If your property adheres to a fixed operational model and does not accommodate flexible working arrangements, it is advisable to deactivate the cash payment option to ensure the effective implementation of the cancellation policy.<\/li>\n<li><b>Deactivation Rule:<\/b> To disable any payment method, it is essential to define at least one alternative payment option. Failure to do so will restrict the deactivation of the payment method within the system.<\/li>\n<li>The payment methods created here are used only within the HotelRunner Channel Manager. Settings &gt; Payment methods<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Initiating the New Payment Method Process<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Add payment method<\/strong> button located in the upper right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Selecting the Payment Method Type<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the preferred payment method;
