Why does the Calendar display the “Pending Response from the Channel” message?

It means that the updates you sent to the channels through HotelRunner have been delivered and the approve for update is pending.

The update speed is directly related to the channel’s then-current speed of handling operations. The earlier channel confirms the action, the sooner your updates will be take effect.
