I receive a “Your last update partially failed” message. What does that mean?

The “Your last update partially failed” message appears to inform you about your last update operation on the calendar has encountered an error.

  • To check the error, please log in to the Channels / Online Travel Agencies section from the upper menu of HotelRunner panel.

  • Please click the channel you want to check to view the actions performed through the Log section on the left of the pop-up window.
