I have changed the password of channels. Do I need to send them to you?

To do this, you must go to Channels / Online Travel Agencies / Changed Channels / Active / Settings from the upper menu of HotelRunner panel, and change your username and password. After this step, you must click Save to save your actions.

  • To make sure that you have completed your action successfully, please click Room Mapping menu on the left-hand menu from the channel you have changed the password for.
  • Click Bring Room Types from the upper right to check if the room types are retrieved according to the details you have entered.
  • Finally, you can check if your action is successful from the Logs
Note: This action applies to channels that require password when connecting to a channel.
