After updating the user details on your Channel/Channels, you must first define your new user details on the system. After completing these actions, please follow the steps below to send an unmodified update to the channel you applied changes through the HotelRunner Calendar menu.
- Please click the Calendar from the upper menu of HotelRunner.
- Please determine the room type from the left hand side.
- Please determine the Beginning / Ending dates to send an unmodified update.
- Click on the Apply button without entering any Price and Availability details.
- From the preview pop-up, click the Update button after making sure that your prices and availabilities are not changed.
