Can I add multiple users?

You can add multiple users for your HotelRunner account.

  • Please go to the My Property / More / Users / Add User section from the upper menu of HotelRunner panel.
  • From the pop-up window, please enter the details of new users, assign a role thereto, and then click Save to register them on the system.

Roles and operation authorizations:

  • Administrator: The administrator may use the entire panel and perform any operation.
  • Front Desk User: The front desk user can log in into the bookings section only. They may view all guest details.
  • Advisor: They may access anything on the panel, except for the login details of your guests.
